Last week it was suggested that you learn your way around school for the scavenger activity. This week, I suggest you starve yourself (KIDDING!). We, however, are going out for dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant though so remember to save room for Phở! The place is Phở Vinh Ky II (Garden Grove); you can click here for directions if you plan on driving, else carpool will be available. We also have a new activity prepared. Remember to come to find out what that is and also to go out for Phở!
Branch: Lion Dance & Modern Dance Practices
Ever wanted to learn the tradition of Lion Dance? Or dance to modern music with Modern Dance? Well your VSA teams Gio Nam (Lion Dance) and LvL 5 (Modern Dance) are NOW having practices!
Don't be shy if you are a closet dancer! VSA gives a chance for everyone to learn, no experience necessary! Bring a friend and just DANCE!
Lion Dance:
Gio Nam Mua Lan is having practice on MON and TUE of this week at 8PM on the top floor of the MESA PARKING STRUCTURE!
Moden Dance:
LvL 5 is starting practice NEXT WEEK, MON October 6th. LvL 5 practices are on MON and WED at 6PM on the 5th floor of social science parking structure (SSPS).
Special Event: Knott's SCARY Farm!!! (Thứ NămOctober 23rd)
Halloween is just around the corner and VSA is going to KNOTT'S SCARY FARM!!! It will be on October 23rd (week 4). I will give you more information about it later on, but just keep an eye out for that!
